Citizen's Area Transit (CAT), Las Vegas' public bus system, provides convenient, inexpensive and reliable transportation to and from most tourist attractions, hotels, motels, shopping areas and the airport. Then in October 2005 the Deuce double-deck bus service began running on the famous Las Vegas Strip. Service operates 24/7 starting from beginning of
the Strip (Warm Springs Road and Las Vegas Boulevard) to the Downtown
Transportation Center at Casino Center Drive, with buses running
every 15 minutes. Fares are $3; |

| The
Monorail runs from MGM Grand to the Sahara Hotel. Trains arrive approximately
every 4 to 12 minutes. Operating hours: 7 a.m.-2 a.m., Monday-Thursday;
till 3 a.m., Friday-Saturday. Stations are located at Sahara, Las Vegas Hilton, Las Vegas Convention Center, Harrah's/Imperial Palace, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Bally's/Paris Las Vegas and MGM Grand Station.
