Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse’s long-awaited restaurant finally opens its doors. Named after the table he used to ‘hang-out’ in at his first restaurant, Emeril’s, in New Orleans, Table 10’s ‘New American’ menu reflects the close relationships Emeril has cultivated with farmers, fishermen, and ranchers – all of which fuel his unmistakable food philosophy.

One of the ‘early openers’ at the Palazzo, the menu boasts signature dry- and wet-aged steaks, A-5 Wagyu beef, a selection of more than 30 artisan and farmhouse cheeses and extensive wine list. An added touch? Kid’s menu available.

Roy Yamaguchi could very well be the ‘father of fusion cuisine’ in this part of the world. Local Chef Partner Percy Oani melds Asian flavors and spices with European classical cooking and the result is an out-of this-world menu that highlights the best of both worlds.
