Chef Emeril Lagasse’s long-awaited restaurant finally opens

in at his first restaurant, Emeril’s, in New Orleans, Table
10’s ‘New American’ menu reflects the close
relationships Emeril has cultivated with farmers, fishermen, and
ranchers – all of which fuel his unmistakable food philosophy.
