Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse’s long-awaited restaurant finally opens its doors. Named after the table he used to ‘hang-out’ in at his first restaurant, Emeril’s, in New Orleans, Table 10’s ‘New American’ menu reflects the close relationships Emeril has cultivated with farmers, fishermen, and ranchers – all of which fuel his unmistakable food philosophy.

Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine

Roy Yamaguchi could very well be the ‘father of fusion cuisine’ in this part of the world. Local Chef Partner Percy Oani melds Asian flavors and spices with European classical cooking and the result is an out-of this-world menu that highlights the best of both worlds.
