Oyster lovers no longer have  to wait for “the ‘ber’ months” to enjoy them… head down to Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo for OysterPalooza – offering seven oyster selections, now through May 31. Paying homage to both East and West Coast molluscs, you can get your fix of the following – Blue Point (Long Island), Hama Hama and Kumamoto (Washington), Kumiai (Baja California), Kusshi and Paradise Cove (British Columbia) and Malpeque (Prince Edward Island). They’re served with Mignonette, lemon and housemade cocktail sauce and are available individually ($3.50), half-dozen ($16.95) or a dozen ($36.95); and available daily, 11 a.m. till close. We think it’s a small price to pay for getting them “off-season.”
