One of Las Vegas’ most elaborate fitness facilities and services, the renowned Canyon Ranch health resort debuts a new format featuring nearly 100 spa services in a garden-like setting. In addition to endless variations of massages, facials, wraps, and other body treatments, there is a complete fitness center with classes, a wellness center, nutritionists and trainers.
